Food license applications may be obtained and paid for at the Village Hall. You may also download food license applications from the Health Department page on this website. The Health Department regulates and issues these licenses. All personal property and real estate taxes must be paid in full to obtain a license. All licensees are subject to inspection by the Village’s sanitarian. Please contact the Health Department with any questions.
