The Hales Corners Library is a member of the Milwaukee County Federation Library System (MCFLS). The library's print and electronic collections are available on CountyCat, the online public catalog for Milwaukee County public libraries. The library's print collections include books, magazines and newspapers, along with audiobooks, and videos for all ages. The library's electronic collections include ebooks, audiobooks and emagazines. Special print collections include books by and about W. Ben Hunt and local history. Photocopies and print from anywhere using ePRINT is available. Online databases include Hoopla, OverDrive (Libby App), GALE Courses, Ancestry Library Edition, Transparent Language and Consumer Reports online. Computer workstations with Microsoft Office and free, fast internet access are available on a first-come, first-serve basis with a valid MCFLS library card. Two meeting rooms are available for use by community organizations, for private and family functions, and for businesses. Programs include Family Story Time (in-person and virtual), hands-on after school programs, Wednesday movies, book discussion groups, and an Adult Coloring Club.
