A culvert permit is required for installation of a culvert in the Village. The Director of Public Works determines the proper type and size of the culvert necessary to ensure proper drainage. The minimum fee for a driveway culvert purchased from the Village is $1000.00. Application should be made at least two weeks prior to anticipated installation date.
