Every person who owns, occupies, or controls land in the Village of Hales Corners must cut or destroy all noxious weeds. This must be done at such time and in such manner as shall effectually prevent weeds from bearing seed or spreading to adjoining property, as required by Section 66.0407 of the Wisconsin State Statutes.
