Plan Commission meets the 3rd Monday of the month at 6:30pm, when necessary. Complete applications and fees must be submitted 45 days prior to the meeting with ALL supporting documentation (13 copies) in order for proper review and publication prior to the meeting. If your application is not complete we may delay until the next meeting. If planning consulting services are necessary from Graef-USA, Inc., you as the applicant/property owner must first submit your project and Charge Back Agreement. We pre-authorize any consulting services. The applicant/property owner are responsible for any charges incurred, and will be invoiced.

Any change of business requires review of a new business packet (see below) to determine which applications are required.
Zoning Notice List
As a requirement of Wisconsin Act 391, the Village of Hales Corners maintains a list of persons who submit a request to receive notice of any proposed zoning action that affects the allowable use of the person’s property.
If the Plan Commission completes action on any zoning proposal, and the Village Board is prepared to vote on the zoning ordinance, a notice which contains a copy or summary of the proposed zoning ordinance will be sent to each person on the list whose property, the allowable use of, which may be affected by the zoning ordinance. The notice shall be by mail or in any reasonable form that is agreed to. A fee may apply for notice by 1st class mail. An ordinance may take effect even if the Village of Hales Corners fails to send the notice. (Wisconsin Statutes Sec. 61.35 and 66.1001(4)(f).)
