NOTICE OF NEWLY ENACTED ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 445 ZONING  TO REPEAL AND RECREATE ARTICLE V., FLOODPLAIN-WETLAND PROTECTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Hales Corners enacted Ordinance 24-04 to amend Chapter 445 - Zoning, to repeal and recreate Article V. Floodplain-Wetland Protection for updated Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) flood hazard determinations affecting the Village of Hales Corners.
