NOTICE OF NEWLY ENACTED ORDINANCE 26-01 TO REPEAL AND RECREATE CHAPTER 370 SOLID WASTE, ARTICLE III RECYCLING OF THE VILLAGE OF HALES CORNERS MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FOR A RECYCLING RULE REVISION PROMULGATED BY THE WISCONSIN DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Hales Corners enacted Ordinance 26-01 to repeal and recreate Chapter 370 Solid Waste, Article III Recycling to add definition of a glass container, clarify the definition of non-residential properties, provide for responsibilities of owners relative to recycling responsibilities and to update violations and penalties for non-compliance.
