UDPATE FROM WISCONSIN DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION REGARDING FOREST HOME AVE.  / STH 24 PROJECT.

We would like to inform you that in mid-November, contractors are projecting to shift traffic control from outside lane closures to inside lane closures on WIS 24 / Forest Home Avenue, between Howard Avenue and Janesville Road, weather permitting.

Contractors anticipate being substantially complete with work from 45th Street to Howard Avenue by mid-November, weather permitting. 

This transition marks the next phase of the ongoing roadway improvements in the corridor. During this time, street parking in active construction zones will remain closed to ensure the safety of crews and the traveling public. 

We appreciate your continued patience and cooperation as we work to enhance safety and infrastructure in the area. A further schedule update will be provided soon regarding a winter shutdown.
