Hales Corners Fire Department

The Fire Department responds to over 1,300 emergency requests each year. These calls include fires, various types of rescues, structure collapses, auto accidents, hazardous material spills, emergency medical calls, and providing mutual aid to other fire departments. The Hales Corners Fire Department is comprised of full-time and part-time personnel. Four personnel staff the station 24/7, 365 as of July 1, 2013. The full-time personnel provide administrative, training, and inspection duties, in addition to fire suppression and Emergency Medical Service activities. Relying on the dedication of its members, The Hales Corners Fire Department successfully utilizes a full-time and part-time personnel response system to provide the Village of Hales Corners with the lowest per capita cost of fire and rescue protection in all of Milwaukee County.
